Slightly matured Goat Cheese with Rosemary

Slightly matured cheese with the rind surrounded by rosemary, a traditional condiment in the Mediterranean cuisine, giving it a yellowish tone and a fresh and aromatic fragrance which provide differentiating features to this product. When cut, the colour is pure white, consistent, revealing a soft, creamy paste with a smooth texture, which is intense, aromatic and exquisite in the mouth.
Recommended especially for Mediterranean salads and accompanied with a good white, sweet or sparkling wine.
