Slightly matured Goat Cheese with Aromatic Herbs


Slightly matured cheese with the rind surrounded by aromatic herbs that give off an odour of the forest. When cut, the colour is pure white and consistent, despite being a soft paste. It is characterised by an accumulation of small herbs that stick to the piece, and it has a fragile and creamy texture, giving the palate an intense floral aroma as aftertaste.
Recommended for au gratin in vegetables or other dishes with a lot of vegetables. Ideal as a dessert or accompanied with tomato jam. It can be accompanied by a white wine, a sweet wine or a sparkling wine.
