Formatges Artesans de Ponent manufactures artisan cheeses combining tradition and innovation. The Quality, Safety and Legality of the product as well as the respect and preservation of the Environment and sustainability, are commitments assumed by the organization as the basis of a strategic decision and commitment to the client, on which its image depends, your success and your position in the market.
With our company all the market news will be at your disposal. A perfect synchronization between all our departments manages to satisfy all the needs of our clients with speed and efficiency, guaranteeing that the products will maintain their quality and innocuousness during the production processes.
We assume as our own the VALUES of quality and product safety as an objective in our daily work based on the following principles:
1. Comply with the requirements established in the Integrated Food Safety and Quality Management System, the applicable legal and regulatory requirements and those of the client, guaranteeing the
placing on the market innocuous, safe, quality products that meet legal and customer specifications.

To carry out this Food Quality and Safety Policy, Management relies on its organization to which it transmits this Policy and general lines of action, seeking to ensure that they assume the Quality of their work and identify with the image of the Company. All of this allows Formatges Artesans de Ponent to grow and be recognized by its clients, complying with an ethical responsibility and
labor. This Food Quality and Safety Policy is disseminated, assumed and put into practice by all levels of the organization, committing itself to the Continuous Improvement of the service provided.
